To become a seller on XSpotGo, you must:

2. Seller Account

Sellers are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of their account credentials

Managing product listings, prices, and stock levels

Sellers must not share login details with unauthorized persons.

3. Product Listings

Sellers must ensure that:

All products listed are legal and authentic
Product descriptions and images are accurate
Prices are clearly displayed
Expired or unsafe products are not listed

XSpotGo may remove listings that violate platform policies.

4. Order Management

Sellers must:

Process orders promptly
Prepare orders within the specified preparation time
Ensure correct and safe packaging
Maintain product quality and freshness

Failure to meet these standards may result in penalties or account suspension.

5. Commission and Fees

XSpotGo may charge sellers:

Platform commission on each order
Service fees for promotions or advertising
Transaction or payment processing fees

These charges will be clearly communicated to sellers.

6. Payments and Settlements

Seller earnings will be transferred according to the platform’s settlement cycle.

Payments will be made to the registered bank account
Platform fees and refunds will be deducted before settlement
Settlement timelines may vary depending on payment methods

7. Returns and Refunds

Sellers agree to comply with the Return & Refund Policy of XSpotGo.

If a product issue occurs due to seller fault, the seller may be responsible for:

Refunds
Replacements
Order cancellation costs

8. Prohibited Products

Sellers must not list products that are:

Illegal or restricted by law
Counterfeit or fake
Expired or unsafe
Harmful or dangerous

Violation may lead to immediate account suspension.

9. Suspension or Termination

XSpotGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts if:

Policies are violated
Fraudulent activities are detected
Multiple customer complaints are received
Legal compliance is not maintained

10. Changes to Terms

XSpotGo may update these Seller Terms & Conditions periodically. Sellers are responsible for reviewing updates.
