These Terms & Conditions govern the participation of delivery partners (Delivery Boys) on the XSpotGo platform. By registering as a delivery partner, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility

To work as a delivery partner with XSpotGo, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid government ID
Possess a valid driving license
Own or have access to a two-wheeler or other approved delivery vehicle
Have a smartphone with internet connectivity

2. Registration and Verification

Delivery partners must provide accurate details during registration, including:

Full name
Phone number
Address
Vehicle details
Bank account information

XSpotGo may verify submitted documents before approving the account.

3. Delivery Responsibilities

Delivery partners must:

Pick up orders from assigned vendors promptly
Deliver orders safely and within the expected delivery time
Maintain professional behavior with vendors and customers
Handle products carefully during delivery

Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in penalties or account suspension.

4. Earnings and Payments

Delivery partners may earn through:

Delivery fees per order
Distance-based incentives
Promotional bonuses

Payments will be transferred according to the platform’s payout schedule to the registered bank account.

5. Conduct and Professional Behavior

Delivery partners must:

Maintain polite and respectful communication with customers and vendors
Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines
Avoid fraudulent or illegal activities

Misconduct may lead to immediate suspension from the platform.

6. Order Handling

Delivery partners must:

Verify order details before pickup
Deliver orders to the correct customer and address
Confirm delivery through the platform

Orders must not be tampered with or opened during transit.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

XSpotGo may suspend or terminate a delivery partner account if:

Repeated delivery delays occur
Fraudulent activity is detected
Customer complaints are excessive
Platform policies are violated

8. Independent Contractor Status

Delivery partners operate as independent contractors, not employees of XSpotGo.

They are responsible for their own:

Taxes
Fuel costs
Vehicle maintenance

9. Policy Updates

XSpotGo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated policies will be shared through the platform.
